Based out of Montclair, NJ, we are a husband & wife team that enjoys the simple things in life. Our collective careers span over 30 years in the behavioral health, rehabilitation, workforce development, and non-profit sectors. In addition, we are also full time ministers who enjoy helping those in our community.

We recognize that people are people and that everyone should have a shot at living a full satisfying life. Being disabled ourselves, we understand the daily struggles of trying to navigate life. We also understand that not all disabilities are visible and that no one chooses to be disabled.

That’s why we do what we do in trying to take off some of the weight that comes with carrying a disability. We believe that by providing those with disabilities with the opportunity to pursue remote positions, it will open the way for them to further their careers in ways that they may have not dreamed possible.

Our foundation is rooted in being genuine in all things. We thoroughly believe that there is more happiness in giving than there is in receiving. That is why we have created a pathway to introduce businesses to areas of workforce development that may not have been previously considered.

We understand that the remote work field is very competitive, and we don’t believe in compromising on qualified workers. Therefore we strive to be transparent with both our clients and candidates.
